Follow these 4 simple steps when submitting your media:

We have simplified the various steps when submitting the media for evaluation which is followed by confirmed quotation via email.

Step 1: Request for Data Recovery

Fill in the online data recovery service request form and submit.

Take note of the Job Request ID number generated. After your job submission, you may want to print out a copy of the request form for future reference.

You should also attach a copy of the request form or at least label the data media with all important details such as:

    • Name of User
    • Contact No.
    • Fax No.
    • Email Address
    • Correspondence Address

Step 2: Deliver your Damaged Data Media

Users or customers without internet access might skip step 1 and proceed to step 2. Delivery of hard disk or media to our office / lab for recovery services could be done during office hours, Monday to Friday to:

For users and customers who are outside Klang Valley where personal delivery of damaged media to our office is not a viable option, delivery through local dispatch or courier will be the best and feasible choice. The media should then be wrapped in proper packaging before sending down through courier or dispatch company.

Step 3: Evaluation

Upon receiving your media, we will perform evaluation and diagnose your data loss situation. A quotation will then be generated and sent to you via email or fax, normally within 2 working days. Once we have your approval for us to proceed, our recovery engineers will commence the data recovery tasks immediately.

Step 4: Online Job Tracking

Now knowing the progress of your job has never been made so much easier and simpler. In order to ensure that you always get the latest information on various stages of our work process, you may want to check your job status using our on-line Data Recovery Job Status Enquiry System

Each and every customer will be allocated a username and login password to enable user having quick access to our 24 hr online job tracking system. You can check the progress from the start of evaluation till the period you get your data back anytime, anywhere!
